All colleagues in hotel were all very good. Food at the restaurant was super and great to see the chef come out and talk us through the menu we had. Views from the bedroom were great.

Breakfast was excellent with great variety of cooked options. The Location suited us to visit various destinations on the IoW over a three-day period.

Excellent location, comfortable beds,and a well equipped kitchen. The property has a character, a lovely garden, and all things that are required for a relaxing seaside break.

We had a fantastic stay at Willow Brook Lodge and Gemma was a fantastic host who was very on hand for anything needed. We had lots of privacy and just the right space for us to really enjoy our holiday. Everything was so clean and accessible when we arrived and they have provided a lovely guest guide book so that you know all about them and the lodge rules etc, which made for a very easy, comfy stay. It was very easy to find from Fishbourne port and the keys were easy to collect from the lock box, no issues at all. Parking is private and right by the lodge, with a gate that secures you in when you are staying put. We travelled with our dog, who is quite small, and she could run about in the area with it being very secure as well, so you don't need to worry that the gate won't keep them safe. We arrived to find some milk, bread and even a few of their eggs (from their own Cluckingham Palace) had been provided for us to try. There was also tea, coffee and sugar as well, so if you didn't shop before hand you have a few staples to keep you going until you hit the supermarket, which is about 15 minutes away. We used the sofa bed as well as the bedroom and both were very comfy, all linen was provided (including extra for the sofa bed). Kitchen had all the amenities and utensils provided so it was great to cook in when we stayed home. The shower is lovely and towels are provided as well. Living area was very comfy to relax in, there is an electric fire for when it gets a little chilly and is fully adjustable heat wise, just like central heating you can control the degrees you want it at. TV was great and we sat and watched movies etc when we were relaxing and had no issues with workability at all. All together it was a really fantastic stay, Gemma and James have provided a genuinely lovely space for people and they can't do enough to make you comfy and welcome. We will defiantly be returning, absolutely loved it and can't recommend this place enough!!

The atmosphere was amazing. The welcome was very warm with fresh flowers and everything you need for a nice hot drink (including the milk). The furniture matched the old house perfectly but was all up to date at the same time.

Very warm welcome by our hosts. The late night toasties saved our lives :) We had our best English breakfast (fresh products and prepared with care) of the whole holidays. The rooms are very comfortable in which we slept like babies.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very helpful, even though a bit overwhelmed by all guests appearing for breakfast at the same time.
